Your data and key protection:
All Client information is private
and will never be passed onto a third party. You
have the right to see any information that we hold
on you under the Data Protection Act. All computer
information is protected by an up to date anti-virus
system and firewall.
We will come and see you for a pre-booking visit,
please have your key ready for us at this time. Keys
are kept in a secure locked area away from your
personal information. Keys can be kept by us on the
clients request; for regular customers this may be
preferred. This also means that we are in a better
position to take a last minute booking. If not they
will be left in the house on the final day of the
booking. We cannot post keys for security reasons.
If travelling on holiday and feel that you will be
delayed then please take our telephone number with
you and let us know as soon as possible.
If you would like us to hold your key and drop it
off to you once you are home this will incur a cost
of £6.
Payment
Regular clients will receive an
invoice at the beginning of the month for the
previous month, which should be paid within 2 weeks.
If you do not receive your invoice in the first week
then please let us know A.S.A.P.
For those going on holiday, a 25% deposit is
required to secure your booking. On your return full
payment is to be made within 1 week of your return.
For all other one-off bookings an invoice will be
provided and payment is due within 1 week after our
service has finished.
If payment is not made in the stated time then 10%
of the total payment will be added each week that
payment is not made.
Sorry but cards are not accepted. Please make
cheques payable to ‘Jungle Jo’.
